If your invoice is listed as paid and you have completed it using PayPal please contact our Accounts and Billing team via eTicket. Please include as much detail as you can including any reference numbers, times, and dates.
If you have paid your invoice via Cheque please be aware it does take a number of business days for us to retrieve this via post, as well as the time it takes for our bank to process the payment. It's important that if you are intending to make payment via cheque, that you do so on the day you receive the invoice to provide ample to for postage and processing.
